Minutes of SECOND General Body Meeting

The following agenda was discussed and resolved.
The resolutions passed in the General Body are listed below;

1. As TWO-YEAR term of the previous body has been successfully completed, it has been dissolved.

2. A new body is elected unanimously.
The list of elected members with their designations is given bellow.

The Main Body:
i) President---------------: Dr.A. Jayanth Kumar.
ii) Vice President--------: Sri Kashi Viswanadham.
iii) General Secretary---: Sri RamanaMuni Srinivasa Rao.
iv) Joint Secretary-------: Sri K. Pandrangaiah.
v) Treasurer--------------: Sri V. Venu Mohana Rao.

vi) Executive Members:
A. Sri S. Sitaramanjaneyulu.
B. Sri D. Sudhaakar.
C. Sri Govindlal Bajaj.

vii) Advisory Committee:
A. Sri P Satyanarayana Murty.
B. Sri V Narasimha Rao.
C. Sri K Vijaya Kumar (Rly. Rtd.).

3. The elected-body will take-over the charge with immediate effect.
Its term is for TWO years.
For any reason if the election is delayed, this body has to continue until new elected body takes-over the charge.

4. The following two members of the elected-body jointly are authorized to operate the accounts of Union Bank of India, Chandanagar Branch including FDs, raising of loans if any on behalf of association. The signatures of these two authorized members are attested bellow.

A). Dr. A Jayanth Kumar. President

B). V Venu Mohana Rao. Treasurer

5. The General Secretary has to submit the Annual Report and the Treasurer (Finance Secretary) has to submit the Financial Report on 31st December every year in the Annual General Body Meeting.

6. We the members of the general body unanimously accept and bind to the above resolutions without any deviation.
Any Amendment can be added can be done only in the General Body meeting duely accepted by General Mejority.

All the elected office bearers took an oath to strengthen the association and act as per association rules and regulations.

The meeting was concluded with vote of thanks by General Secretary Ramanamuni Srinivasa Rao.
